And remember I'm sharing a bit today about myself at Momentum Moonlight. Would appreciate some company there.
Congrats and best of luck to Melanie on the new release.
ReplyDeleteHi Armchair Squid,
DeleteThanks for the message!
What an unusual life Melanie has had - I was fascinated. All three books sound delightful! I wish her huge success with them. :-)
ReplyDeleteThanks Lexa!
DeleteReally pretty covers, Melanie! and they all sound interesting especially Raoul and Lily's story.
ReplyDeleteNas, I forgot about the Watermelon scene in Dirty Dancing.
Hi Amanda,
DeleteThanks for posting a comment!
Hi Amanda! I have linked the YouTube video of the watermelon scene there...it was one of those moments. Imagine saying, "I carried a watermelon," to someone you fancy!
DeleteThese sound positively yummy! Congrats to Melanie--loved hearing about her path!
ReplyDeleteHi Meredith,
DeleteMy path has been quite a winding one! Thanks for posting.
Sounds like 3 fabulous books! All very different plots with awesome characters! :)
ReplyDeleteHi Jemi,
DeleteThanks for your lovely comment!
I would love to know which of the brothers was her favorite to write.
ReplyDeleteHi Kelly,
DeleteI loved each of the boys, but I think Remy was my favourite as he was so much fun to write. Nothing like a bad boy to put a smile on a writer's face! Taming him was quite a challenge but Angelique did a good job of it!
Thanks for the question.
Wow, those brothers sound like trouble! I can picture the tension and steamy scenes from these premises.
ReplyDeleteHi Theresa,
DeleteYou have been warned!
Thanks for posting.
How interesting that Melanie got her start writing at such a young age! I can easily picture the brothers! Sound great!
ReplyDeleteJess
Hi Jess,
DeleteI'm not as young as you think! I wish I'd started writing a lot earlier. What was I thinking?!
Thanks for posting.
What a lovely personal look at Melanie's life and writing. Thanks Melanie and Nas!
ReplyDeleteHi Denise,
ReplyDeleteThanks for your lovely comment. My life is a bit crazy at times. Nas will vouch for that!
It's funny how our life path can alter when we discover what we love.
ReplyDeleteHi Suze,
DeleteSo true! Writing doesn't feel like work... well, not all the time!
These brothers sound as if they need good women to take control! I particularly like the sound of the first one. Congrats, Melanie.
ReplyDeleteHi Shelley,
DeleteThanks for your comment! I'm glad you like the sound of Rafe. And you are right- all he needed was a good woman!
Congratulations, Melanie. Raoul and Lily's story sounds most intriguing!
ReplyDeleteHi William,
DeleteI loved writing this story. Thanks for commenting.
Awesome! A complete trilogy... Whipping out the time stopper now.
ReplyDeleteHi Crystal,
DeleteTrilogies are fun, aren't they? You get to know the whole family!
Melanie, you always create the most awesome stories and your heroines in particular are memorable. I thought Poppy Silverton was so lovely, she was completely sweet and unspoilt and totally likable. How do you create your characters? Do you draw up a list of characteristics or do you just let inspiration lead you?
ReplyDeleteHi Maria,
DeleteThanks so much for your lovely comment. You made my day! I find the characters usually come to me. Sometimes I have a story idea first and then I start to think who best would fit the plot. But then, other times it's the characters who come first and then I have to go looking for a suitable plot. I still don't understand the writing process. What works on one novel won't always work on the next.
What a great series! Now I'm heading over to learn more about you, Nas :)
ReplyDeleteHi Carol,
DeleteThanks for posting. I hope you enjoy the series.
The books sound wonderful!!
ReplyDeleteHi Lynda,
DeleteThanks for dropping by!
These books sound terrific, and the best thing about learning about a trilogy this late in the game is I can read 'em all back-to-back-to-back without having to wait!
ReplyDeleteHi Susan,
DeleteYes, I know the feeling of having to wait for follow up books. At least these were released concurrently, otherwise they would have been three months apart!
That's so cool that Melanie's passion to write caused her to shelve her PhD. The books sound steamy. :-)
ReplyDeleteHi Jocelyn,
DeleteI still haven't ruled a PhD out! I just need to find more time in the day, but then, don't we all?
Thanks for posting.
Looks like three great books here!
ReplyDeleteHi Sherry,
DeleteHope you enjoy them. Thanks so much for dropping by!
I love the name Caffarelli and this sounds like a great series.
ReplyDeleteI was hooked on Harlequins as a teenager.
Hi Medela,
DeleteI think a lot of romance readers get hooked in their teens. I certainly did!
Thanks for posting.
I'm pretty sure I could handle those Caffarelli brothers! I'd show those Mediterranean hotties who's boss ...or , more realistically, probably just succumb to their charms. Very intriguing books!
ReplyDeleteHats off to a successful writer with a successful series!
ReplyDeleteCongratulations to Medeia! You've been chosen as the winner of eCopy of Melanie's latest release!
