Share something about yourself no one else knows?Ha! I’m an open book….no secrets. If I wasn’t an author, I would have focused on having a singing career.

What was your favorite scene to write?
In The Cowgirl’s Forever Family, my favorite scene was probably when the hero and heroine are rolling around in the snow and the baby is laughing in her stroller…it was fun and really cemented the sense of family and love between these two lost people.

Tell us about your book…

The Cowgirl’s Forever Family is about a lonely woman who longs to have her own family, but can’t. When a gorgeous man (and commitment phobic) arrives on her doorstep with a baby in his arms, she feels as though someone has just handed her the moon. Of course, love wins out in the end, but sharing the journey with Brooke and Tyler was a sweet and lovely ride.

The Cowgirl's Forever Family (The Cedar River Cowboys)

ONE WEEK TO BUILD A HAPPY-EVER-AFTER?
The cowgirl: Brooke Laughton wants one thing: the family she can't have. When a gorgeous man and a giggling baby girl step onto her Cedar River ranch, her dream comes true. Or so she hopes…
The city boy: Tyler Madden wants to find the baby's unwitting birth father—Brooke's missing brother—and fulfill a promise to the late mother. Then he can go back to his lucrative law practice. Or so he hopes…
But one little baby has a different agenda. Little Cara wants a family…and the lonely cowgirl and the commitment-phobic lawyer are just the mommy and daddy she needs! She's got one week to show them what's right in front of them. Desire. Love. And the promise of a forever family…

    1. Hi Olivia - I'm not much of a winter person either! The great thing about being a writer, I can go to these places in my books and still stay toastie warm way down her in Australia :)
