 Please welcome Aditi...

Who is Aditi Chopra?

Aditi Chopra is an author of NRI (Non Resident Indian) fiction and non-fiction books. She is a romantic at heart and is passionate about helping others succeed.

·         Who is your favorite author?

My all-time favorite author (non-fiction) is Daniel Goleman. He coined the term “Emotional intelligence” and has made a memorable contribution to the leadership phenomenon. Growing up, my favorite fiction books to read was the Perry Mason series written by Erle Stanley Gardner.

·         Do you listen to music while you write? What type of music?

Bollywood music is my favorite and I do listen to it sometimes when I write. I also enjoy music while I am cooking and often break into a dance sequence.

·         What do you do to relax?

I think a lot and the only time my mind is at rest is when I am watching television. I also find different exercise routines relaxing.

·         Tell us about your book...

“Desi Girl Trilogy’ is my first in Women’s Fiction genre. It deals with women’s ambition and how that can sometimes come in the way of their personal life. It is a very realistic story and has its fun Bollywood moments as well.

  5. I've dabbled in Bollywood culture, but I'm thinking it's something I would totally fall for if I got any deeper. My hubby and I are both gunning to spent a few months or years in India one day. We'll see if it ever happens.
